I will come to your house to meal prep for you and will leave your fridge filled with healthy meals, snacks, and treats! You decide which meals you want me to prepare and how often you want me to come by. I will get the groceries and do the cooking. You get to choose from a list of options that will vary over time. This way, you will have the opportunity to try new things while also eating your soon-to-be favorite meals.
My master menu includes options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and high-protein diets. Each meal will be tailored to your specific needs. Other preferences and/or allergies can be accommodated, too.

Cooking is something that has always come naturally to me. As a child, I observed my parents frequently trying out new recipes on the weekend. I absorbed their passion for food and cooking like a sponge. Being in the kitchen brings me great joy, and I would love to share my passion for food and healthy cooking with you!
Today, I would call myself a healthy omnivore who focuses on a high-protein diet. Before, I was a long-time vegetarian and also adhered to a vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free diet for a period of time. I have managed kitchens in a retreat center and community, where I cooked for 12-16 people at a time with very specific health-focused dietary preferences.
My passion for organic, healthy food and my cooking experience allow me to create meals that are tailored to your dietary preferences. I describe my cooking style as healthy comfort food and would love to show you how you can enjoy truly good food while maintaining a healthy diet.
