About me
Passionate about
healthy food
I have always loved cooking, and I would love to share my passion with you! I grew up standing on a chair by the counter, observing my parents in the kitchen. I was lucky to grow up on a diet of home-cooked meals with lots of veggies. Even as a child, I knew how lucky I was with the meals my parents prepared for me, and I want to share the joy of healthy homemade food with you!
I believe food is a key pillar to our health and is an integral part of holistic, healthy living. Time and access to healthy food can sometimes be challenging. Especially living life as a busy professional. Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking take up a lot of time, time you might not even have.

Meal prep tailored to your preferences

Take-out and dining out can be solutions, but it’s hard to find healthy options that don’t break the bank. Moreover, you have little control over ingredients (try to find a meal without sugar or seed oils, for instance), and takeout is often served in plastic or styrofoam containers that leach chemicals and create lots of waste.
Over the years, I have tried lots of ways of eating (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, sugar-free) to determine what food is best for my health and body. Together with my experience cooking at a vegan and gluten-free retreat center and a community that ate sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and seed-oil free, I am adept at cooking for a wide variety of preferences.
My vision on food and health is influenced by people such as Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Casey Means. I am an omnivore who focuses on protein intake and organic whole foods. I avoid sugar and seed oils as much as I can. I believe that a diet focused on whole, organic, unprocessed foods is vital to our health, regardless of dietary preferences. That is exactly what I will bring to your kitchen: meals made from whole organic ingredients tailored to your dietary needs.
