How does it work?

Meal Prep Consultation
Before I come to do meal prep for you, I will come to your house for an initial consultation. We will discuss dietary preferences and allergies, as well as general likes and dislikes. I will have a chance to get to know you and your family and take a look at the kitchen I’ll be working in.
Meal Prep Schedule
When you are ready to move forward, we can determine how often I will come to the house and how many meals you will need me to prepare in a cooking session (this can vary on a week-by-week basis). You can schedule me for weekly or biweekly visits or even a single session.
